All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or returns for any reason other than receiving a damaged product.

If you receive a product that is damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return for a damaged item, please email us at support@pinnochi.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and photographic evidence. We will review the case and, if approved, provide instructions for the return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

We currently ship to addresses within India. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order and your location. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

PINNOCHI is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We respect your privacy. When you purchase from our store, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. This information is used to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about your purchase.

We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
